  • Supervise and support a team of clinical auditors
  • Monitor daily attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Complete and submit accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments within required timelines
  • Develop and update individualized care plans for residents
  • Ensure assessments and documentation align with Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, and state regulations
  • Work with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members to support quality patient care
  • Maintain precise documentation to support reimbursement and compliance
  • Apply knowledge of PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model) to support accurate reimbursement classification
  • Review patient records and clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information and follow up accordingly
  • Provide feedback and support ongoing education/training based on documentation review findings
  • Manage multiple deadlines independently in a remote work environment
  • Current and valid PHRN license
  • Must have bedside/clinical experience
  • Must have at least 2 years experience with MDS (Minimum Data Set)
  • With extensive team lead / supervisory experience
  • Has experience supporting a U.S. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
