Senior Advisor, Vendor Management

Lead the global NVIDIA Compliance & Claiming operating model, serving as the program expert responsible for compliance and claiming operation. Drive strategic initiatives that standardize processes, improve scalability, reduce business risk, and optimize claim ability across all regions. Partner closely with marketing and non-marketing stakeholders, Partner Managers, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Planning teams to ensure compliant execution of partner-funded marketing investments, effective claims management, audit readiness, and continuous process transformation. Provide leadership through change management, performance measurement, and process innovation to support the growth and strategic objectives of the Dell-NVIDIA partnership

You will

Serve as the NVIDIA Compliance & Claiming subject matter expert and primary escalation point : Provide strategic guidance on program terms, compliance requirements, claims processes, audits, funding governance, and escalations while supporting regional teams and business stakeholders globally.

Own and evolve the global NVIDIA Compliance & Claiming operating model : Develop and maintain scalable processes, governance frameworks, operating standards, and controls in partnership with Partner Management to align compliance and claiming process across all regions. Drive Compliance & Claiming modernization through process innovation, automation, and system integration across Dell and NVIDIA platforms. Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve scalability, strengthen governance, and support evolving business objectives.

Lead organizational enablement, change management, and communications : Develop and execute global change management and communication strategies that support the adoption of new processes, governance standards, tools, and business requirements. Manage global communications related to program updates, policy changes, compliance requirements, process enhancements, training initiatives, and strategic priorities while fostering stakeholder alignment across regions and functional teams.

Develop and deliver global training and compliance enablement programs : Create and facilitate onboarding, role-based, recurring, and ad hoc training for Compliance & Claiming teams, agencies, partner managers, and marketing stakeholders. Provide quarterly training to stakeholders on Proof of Performance (POP) requirements, creative asset compliance, claims requirements, and evolving NVIDIA program guidelines to drive compliant program execution. Develop and deliver training for Compliance & Claiming team members on POP validation, creative asset reviews, compliance assessments, claims governance, and audit support processes to ensure consistent execution, reduce compliance risk, and maximize funding recovery globally.

Maintain and govern compliance knowledge resources : Manage NVIDIA-related content, documentation, standards, and operational procedures within SharePoint and other knowledge repositories to ensure consistency, accessibility, and audit readiness.

Establish and manage operational performance metrics : Define and monitor KPIs that measure compliance effectiveness, claims performance, funding recovery, process adoption, SLA adherence, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

Optimize funding utilization, recovery, and mitigate business risk : Monitor funding utilization, claims activity, reimbursement recovery, approval rates, and audit outcomes while implementing controls and corrective actions that reduce compliance, financial, operational, and audit risks and protect vendor funding.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail maintaining documentation and evidence to standards.
  • Competence preparing dashboards, briefs, and management-ready summaries.
  • Organizational skills coordinating inputs and timelines across functions.
  • Clear written communication supporting training and change materials.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Operations, Marketing)
