About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support Project Managers in delivering projects across the organization by assisting with planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational project management skills while working alongside experienced Project Managers and cross functional teams in a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will gain exposure to project governance, stakeholder management, planning, reporting, and delivery practices that support career progression into project management and leadership roles.
The Project Coordinator will also support the use of digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve project reporting, documentation, planning, and team collaboration.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in project management.
This position requires full-time on-site presence.
- Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and work plans
- Coordinate meetings, resources, and day-to-day project activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status updates, risk logs, and issue trackers
- Prepare project status reports, KPI dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support the use of digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve project delivery processes, reporting, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Monitor project financials, including actuals, forecasts, and budget reporting activities.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and documentation
- Supporting project governance and reporting processes
- Assisting with risk, issue, dependency, and action-item management
- Helping maintain project artifacts and ensuring adherence to project delivery standards
- Supporting stakeholder communications and meeting facilitation
- Education Required: University degree or college diploma in IT, Business, Engineering or related field
- Strong interest in project management, coordination, or business operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management concepts or methodologies is an asset
