About The Role
As a result of this position, the student will be able to

Duties will include
- Scanning and archiving small and large format drawings and documents.
- File management and naming standards.
- Assist office staff with general office organizational tasks.
- Performs additional duties to assist the department as required.
- Average Number of Hours per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule
Flexible around class schedule within business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with in-person, in-office attendance.
Office location SVC Building, Tampa Campus.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for 2026-2027 to be considered for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by printing their “Award Offer” screen from Student Self-Service.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a data entry position with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Special Skills: General computer and administrative skills, including detail-oriented processes. Quick learner of new computer systems.
