private group practice in Frisco, Texas
is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join the team with the opportunity to
grow into a long-term partnership role as the practice continues to expand.
This is an excellent fit for a clinically strong, entrepreneurial dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, build a meaningful patient base, contribute to the growth of the organization, and ultimately have the opportunity to participate in the success of the business.
The practice is especially interested in a
“Super GP”
comfortable with procedures such as implants, surgical extractions, molar endodontics, and comprehensive restorative dentistry.

Ideal clinical capabilities include
- Implant placement
- Surgical and complex extractions

- Same-day treatment when clinically appropriate
- Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
- You will have the ability to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide a broad scope of care rather than routinely referring productive procedures outside of the practice.

- alternating-week clinical schedule

Current Core Hours
Monday & Tuesday
7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Thursday
6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Current Rotation
Week A
Up to 5 clinical days
Week B
Approximately 3 clinical days

- this is not intended to be the permanent schedule.
- As the practice and group continue to grow, the expectation is for this position to evolve into a
- consistent, traditional 4–5 day clinical work week
- , providing greater schedule consistency, production capacity, and long-term earning potential.
