Drive brand reporting that actually moves the needle: lead calls, track open items, push follow-ups, and run weekly business reviews that close gaps and keep results on track.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually, ideally including brands importing from China — you know how to turn big accounts into bigger wins.
A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, confidently engaging everyone from C-level executives to support teams.
Sharp independent and team leadership skills, creative problem-solving instincts, and standout writing, phone, and presentation abilities — with a relentless focus on delivering results on time, every time.
