Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Window & Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of residential windows and doors. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install, replace, and seal windows and doors according to specifications and building codes
Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
Remove old windows and doors safely and efficiently
Inspect job sites and troubleshoot installation issues as needed
Apply insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in window/door installation, carpentry, or general construction preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders
Valid driver's license (if travel between job sites is required)
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
