Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
Support resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
Assist nursing personnel with routine care and departmental tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations to ensure quality resident care.
