As an Oracle EPM Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle projects to optimize client operational efficiency
  • Analyzing client needs and implementing Oracle software solutions to meet strategic objectives
  • Developing and delivering training materials for effective utilization of Oracle applications
  • Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client expectations
  • Guiding teams in business process modeling and enterprise integration
  • Utilizing technical consultation skills to support Oracle E-Business Suite implementations
  • Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies in project execution
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to facilitate seamless application integration
  • Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
  • Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Strong Functional Expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement Modules
  • -Experience in Configuring and Enhancing Oracle Procurement Solutions
  • -Problem-Solving and Support Skills for Issue Resolution
  • -Knowledge of Integration and Upgrade Processes

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
  • Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business model development
  • Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
  • Excelling in project architecture and budgeting for complex projects
  • Embracing change and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery
