As an Oracle - ERP - Fixed Assets A2R - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Oracle practice. You will leverage your skills in business application consulting to address complex challenges and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards to deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will contribute to the evolution of Oracle applications, enhancing client support and fostering growth within the digital core modernization network.
Responsibilities
- Oracle Fixed Assets Configuration: Configure the Fixed Assets module in accordance with business needs, covering asset acquisition, capitalization, depreciation methods, asset tracking, asset transfers, revaluation, impairment, and retirement/disposal processes.
- Process Design and Optimization: Design and enhance Acquire to Retire (A2R) fixed assets processes to align with Oracle best practices and business objectives, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for Oracle ERP enhancements
- Implementing Oracle E-Business Suite solutions to streamline fixed assets and A2R processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise software and technology solutions
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting plans for Oracle implementations
- Providing technical consultation and support for Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Leading efforts in process standardization and technology integration to improve operational efficiency
- Creating and delivering training materials to support user adoption of new Oracle systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to support business model development and process improvements
- Engaging in requirements elicitation to align technology solutions with business needs
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in Oracle applications
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking for complex business process modeling
- Implementing technology solutions with emerging technologies
- Developing training materials for enterprise software applications
- Managing systems project management with a focus on enterprise integration
- Excelling in technical consultation and technology integration
