About The Role

Join our team as a Customer Planner, where it's all about ensuring the right products reach the right customers at the right time. You'll play a vital role in department stores, focusing on strategic planning, inventory management, and business analysis.

What you'll build

  • This position will be responsible for joint customer planning, inventory management and business analysis for department stores.
  • Joint planning with account managers and customers to develop yearly customer plans and account objectives consisting of sales targets, product launches and promotional estimates.
  • Tailored demand forecasting: Analyze specific sales data and trends to predict demand, ensuring products are available when and where needed.
  • Track KPIs related to sales performance, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to streamline operations within department stores, improving efficiency.

What success looks like

The Customer Planner will ensure smooth execution of sales and operations by aligning department store needs with business capabilities. This role will optimize inventory flow, enhance collaboration across departments and improve service delivery, contributing to efficient market operations in Mexico. You will also play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid experience in demand planning or inventory management
  • Strong Analytical skills: proficiency in data analysis and forecasting
  • Knowledge of digital tools like SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using IT as an enabler for increasing performance working with Power BI, SAP, advanced Excel & other digital tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
