The RIA (Reseller Incentive Agreement) Finance Analyst supports the development, approval, administration, and ongoing management of partner incentive programs designed to drive business growth while maintaining Arrow's profitability.
Responsible for evaluating, modeling, implementing, and administering Reseller Incentive Agreements (RIAs) and partner rebate programs. Performs financial analysis to assess profitability and risk, develops contract documentation, supports approval workflows, calculates quarterly incentive payments, and monitors agreement performance. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance leadership to ensure accurate execution of partner incentive programs while maintaining compliance with company profitability objectives and contractual requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Review RIA requests and validate financial assumptions, including annual billings volume, supplier mix, rebate percentages, and incentive structures.
- Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, margin impact, rebate costs, and return on investment for proposed agreements.
- Ensure agreements meet corporate profitability guidelines, including Net Gross Profit (NGP) and margin requirements.
- Analyze eligibility requirements such as payment terms, low-margin exclusions (LME), and other contractual provisions.
Contract Development & Administration
- Draft RIA contracts once business approvals and partner presentations are completed.
- Incorporate approved incentive structures, rebate programs, MDF, BDF/GDF, headcount funding, growth incentives, and other contractual terms into agreements.
- Coordinate legal review and contract revisions prior to customer execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and agreement records within Salesforce and related systems.
Approval Process Support
- Partner with Sales, Channel Management, Supplier Management, Sales Operations, and Finance leadership throughout the RIA approval process.
- Provide financial recommendations and support for escalations related to profitability, pricing controls, and incentive funding.
- Ensure requests progress through required approvals and comply with internal policies and controls.
Ongoing Program Management
- Calculate quarterly rebates and incentive payouts in accordance with contractual terms.
- Prepare customer-facing rebate statements while safeguarding confidential company margin information.
- Monitor agreement performance against sales commitments and incentive obligations.
- Identify declining sales trends, underperforming agreements, and contracts that may require restructuring or renewal review.
- Track active agreements and ensure incentive payments are processed accurately and on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales teams, Account Owners, Finance leadership, Legal, and Operations teams to support the full RIA lifecycle.
- Provide guidance regarding agreement structure, eligibility requirements, rebate calculations, and financial impact.
- Support continuous improvement of RIA processes, controls, and reporting.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in Finance / related field.
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Experience with a larger, public company is preferred.
- Advanced English skills is a must
- Desire to keep growing on Finance fields

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$31,575.00 - $39,736.58 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
