As an Acceleration Center - Treasury - Manager - Operate, you will lead and manage client service accounts within our Finance Consulting practice, focusing on Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Commodities. As a Manager, you will guide teams, develop client relationships, and drive engagement workstreams by analyzing complex problems and delivering quality solutions. You will play a crucial role in implementing methodologies and leveraging technology resources to meet client service expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, strategic planning, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You will inspire your team to embrace technology and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By taking ownership of projects, you will validate successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, all while upholding PwC’s quality standards and contributing to the firm's broader business strategies. Responsibilities

  • Managing treasury operations and supporting client service accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic financial plans and capital budgeting initiatives
  • Analyzing and monitoring financial trends to optimize cash flow forecasting and working capital management
  • Leading teams in the implementation of finance and treasury management solutions
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to assess financial risk management and corporate finance strategies
  • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of investor reports and financial forecasts
  • Collaborating with teams to enhance compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
  • Engaging in commodities analysis and foreign exchange strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
  • Demonstrating proficiency in cash flow forecasting and capital budgeting
  • Utilizing strategic planning skills in financial management and treasury
