About The Role
Principal Missions
- Identify and qualify new market and customer targets to increase portfolio diversification
- Manage customer relationships and satisfaction whilst ensuring existing customer diversification
- Manage reporting to achieve business development targets
- Promote and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.  Business Development & Growth
- Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Develop and execute tailored outreach plans to engage prospective clients and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, contract signature, overdue management.
- Work together with KAMs to ensure global consistency
- Market & Customer Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the industry needs
- Provide market intel / insight to internal teams to help shape future offerings and capabilities.
- Determine the sales price objectives according to the market's intel
- Relationship Management
- Engage & build strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Maintain ongoing contact with prospects to nurture long‑term business potential.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements to tailor our offer precisely to their expectations.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure entire customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely/price competitive responses to RFQs/RFPs.
- Support the creation of business cases for new services, partnerships, or investments.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track and manage leads/pipeline/SOI using Salesforce.
- Prepare clear, data‑driven reports on progress, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed business development targets.
Qualifications / Experience Required (Junior Profile)
- First professional experience or internships in customer‑facing, project coordination, sales support, or engineering roles (0–2 years).
- Interest in building relationships with customers and internal technical teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate information into concrete follow‑up actions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in business.
Preferred Attributes
- Initial exposure (academic, internship, or first job) to road transportation, mobility, engineering, testing environments.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn, understand and communicate technical activities with a strong interest in evolving & building credibility within a complex technical environmen
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving.
- Motivation to grow into a customer‑management or business development role.
