About The Role

As a  People Experience Partner , you will work closely with leaders to shape a positive, inclusive workplace culture while providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be hands-on, partnering day-to-day with managers to balance people‑first decisions with commercial needs.

As a People Experience Partner, you will…

Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic, people‑focused advice across performance, absence, wellbeing, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases, working with specialist teams to reach fair and commercially sound outcomes.
Use people data and insights to influence talent, engagement and culture priorities within your business areas.
Coach and upskill line managers, building confidence and capability in handling employee lifecycle matters.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, tools and materials, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and Greene King values.

What you’ll bring…

Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy and best practice, with experience handling complex ER matters.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) or working towards, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
Confidence using data and insight to inform decisions and improve people and business outcomes.
A collaborative, people‑first mindset with the ability to balance operational priorities and long‑term culture goals.
