As a Change Management Advisor, you will contribute to the successful delivery of change initiatives within a major transformation program. You will work closely with program leaders, sponsors, managers, project teams, and Talent & Culture partners to drive engagement, readiness, and sustainable adoption of change.

What You'll Accomplish with Us

As a Change Management Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Key responsibilities include

  • Understand the program’s vision, strategic objectives, priorities, and business needs, while assessing the organizational and human impacts associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Provide change management expertise and leadership while supporting partners in defining their needs and implementing solutions that foster sustainable adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with sponsors, managers, initiative leaders, project teams, Talent & Culture partners, and other stakeholders to develop, lead, and execute change management strategies.
  • Conduct and consolidate stakeholder and impact assessments across the program to evaluate cumulative change impacts, human-related risks, and organizational readiness for transformation.
  • Assess stakeholder readiness and develop the strategies, plans, and interventions required to support engagement, communications, training, risk management, and adoption monitoring.
  • Participate in key program governance forums to anticipate people-related impacts, influence adoption-related decisions, and integrate the change management perspective at the right time.
  • Clarify, structure, and communicate key change messages, support the development of communications and governance materials, and coach leaders in their role as change champions.
  • Identify interdependencies across initiatives, promote alignment with other change management specialists, and ensure the consistent application of change management best practices while adapting the approach to the program’s context and maturity.

We're looking for someone who

  • Is recognized for their ability to quickly understand business challenges, organizational dynamics, people impacts, and adoption risks.
  • Stands out for their impactful leadership, strong political acumen, and ability to influence sponsors, managers, and project teams in complex or evolving environments.
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and tools that drive sustainable adoption.
  • Is recognized for their excellent communication, facilitation, synthesis, and message development skills across a variety of audiences.
  • Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in change management within a large organization, including organizational transformation initiatives or complex programs.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the incumbent will be required to regularly prepare documentation in English.
