Join a world-class communications team, managing All Employee Communications as a trusted advisor and content creator. In this role you will be part of the Global Communications and Brand team reporting to the All-Employee Communications Lead. The role is based in Amsterdam.

Your role
- Drive and support the building, managing and enabling the strategy, planning and activating global employee communications campaigns that ladder up to our All-Employee audience objectives, bringing to life Philips’ purpose, culture, strategy and transformation through informative and engaging content.
- Partner with a range of stakeholders to build strategies/engagement plans, develop content, activate plans, and measure campaigns. Stakeholders include: the Global Communications and Brand network, Philips leadership, Business/Region/Function leads, People Function and Business Transformation leads, among others.
- Brief and collaborate with design and creative partners, both internal and external (agencies and vendors).
- Manage the All-Employee editorial calendar, owning content timing based on plans and leadership needs in conjunction with the Integrated Activations Team.
- Develop written, visual and film content to bring strategic narratives, key messages and activation ideas to life with key audiences. Edit and publish across channels (Intranet, mass mail, Viva Engage, newscast, etc.) for the all-employee audience.
- Convert employee feedback into insights to further improve the engagement plan and create relevant content.
- Measure and evaluate channel and campaign effectiveness to influence key stakeholder decision-making, partnering with the Integrated Activation Team’s resources and partners where needed.
- Bring drive, focus and ingenuity to tackle issues as they arise.
- Provide ad-hoc content creation and engagement support across employee and leadership engagement activities managed by the team as well as company-wide transformation programs.
You're the right fit if
- University degree (Master’s), with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement in an international matrixed / business environment.
- Strong content creator and creative thinker – excellent messaging, copywriting/editorial skills, as well as visual content creation, video briefing ability and experience of using internal engagement platforms.
- Proven experience in experimenting and evolving content with AI across the communications mix.
- Excellent English language oral and written skills and communication experience in an English-speaking business environment (minimum C1 level).
- Strong stakeholder management skills: engaging, aligning and managing expectations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, experienced collaborator working with multiple parties and teams, including external agencies.
- Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and able to make complex content simple.
- Experience working in healthcare and / or technology industries is an advantage.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 78,200 – EUR 130,300. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
