What you'll do
This role is a targeted risk-mitigation position designed to strengthen operational resilience across Workplace Technology. The role combines hands-on engineering, security/compliance execution and backup responsibility across critical services. It ensures continuity across Endpoint Engineering, Security, Collaboration (Teams & Voice), RFS and Asset Management while reducing dependency on key individuals and regions. assigned vendor contracts, asset lifecycle activities and cross-functional projects
In detail, you will
- Act as active backup (B-role) for Endpoint Engineering
- Support Windows 11, Intune, policy management, patching and configuration
- Offload workload from Team members and support global initiatives
- Own execution of endpoint security baselines (CIS, policies, compliance checks)
- Track vulnerabilities and remediation activities
- Act as backup support for Microsoft Teams and Voice services (telephony, meetings, collaboration features)
- Support configuration and operational stability of Teams environments
- Ensure alignment with global collaboration standards and policies
- Coordinate Workplace Technology asset management and vendor-delivered lifecycle services, including performance and exception follow-up.
- Act as Technology Equipment Services (TES) Coordinator for secure, compliant and sustainable IT equipment disposal.
- Coordinate assigned Workplace Technology projects across stakeholders, suppliers and geographies.
- Maintain milestones, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and status reporting at a level appropriate to the assignment.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).
Who you are
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Solid expertise in Workplace Technology
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, CMDB, governance and controls. ITIL certification is preferred.
- Strong hands-on endpoint engineering skills
- Experience with security/compliance frameworks
- Exposure to Teams and Voice collaboration platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL (RFS, Asset Mgmt)
- Ability to operate across multiple domains
- Advanced English.

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
