Junior HR Operations Analyst (Temporary)

Responsible for delivering HR operational support across South America, ensuring efficient execution of employee lifecycle processes, data integrity, compliance and stakeholder support. The role partners closely with managers, employees, HR colleagues and external institutions to provide high-quality HR services and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
• Process employee transactions and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Manage internship and temporary employee, including contract renewals, conversions and terminations.
• Coordinate employment documentation, contract addendums and signature collection.
• Maintain employee documentation and electronic personnel files.
• Provide operational support to employees, managers and HR stakeholders across South America.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

This is time limited position and end of contract will be June 30 th , 2027.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, especially in Shared Services environment.
• Fluent English and Native in Portuguese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
