About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Handover Coordinator to join our team at Poole Audi .
As a Handover Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing and coordinating the preparation of all new and used vehicle handovers. Acting as the link between our Sales, Workshop and Valeting teams, you will ensure every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard and ready for customers ahead of their scheduled collection appointments.
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating the preparation of all new and used vehicle handovers.
- Liaising with Sales, Workshop and Valeting teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
- Monitoring vehicle preparation progress and proactively resolving any delays.
- Scheduling and managing handover appointments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensuring all vehicle documentation and administration is completed accurately.
- Maintaining clear communication with internal departments to drive the preparation process efficiently.
What you will need to be a Handover Coordinator at Poole Audi
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective internal relationships.
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach and the ability to drive processes through the business.
- Experience within the automotive Industry is beneficial but not essential.
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Hours of work will be: Monday to Friday, 08.00-17.30.
- A uniform will be provided.
