About The Role

We have an opportunity for a SMART (Clever) Repair Technician to join our team at Poole Audi.

As a SMART Repair Technician (Audi Clever Repair Technician), you will carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, restoring damaged vehicles to Audi's exacting standards. Working within a busy bodyshop environment, you will use the latest repair techniques to deliver exceptional workmanship, ensuring every vehicle is returned to our customers in outstanding condition.

Your responsibilities will include

Carrying out SMART and Clever repairs, including paint, alloy wheel and cosmetic body repairs.
Repairing minor dents, scratches, scuffs and bumper damage to manufacturer standards.
Mixing and applying paint to achieve precise colour matching and high-quality finishes.
Preparing vehicles and panels for repair using approved repair methods and equipment.
Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health, safety and manufacturer standards.
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and caring for tools and equipment.
Supporting the wider bodyshop team to achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

What you will need to be a SMART (Clever) Repair Technician at Poole Audi

Previous experience as a SMART Repair, Clever Repair or Cosmetic Repair Technician.
Strong paint and cosmetic repair skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.
A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic.
Pride in delivering first-class workmanship and customer satisfaction.
A full UK Driving Licence.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 07.00 - 16.00.
A uniform will be provided.
