About The Role

  • Should have SAP BN4L Functional Consultant Experience
  • Should be able to deliver end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions, including carrier collaboration via Business Network for Logistics (BN4L).
  • Should be able to lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations in TM and BN4L. Design and deploy SAP BN4L capabilities, specifically Freight Collaboration (FC)  , Dispute management and Global Track and Trace (GTT)
  • Should have experience to  configure carrier onboarding, freight collaboration, tendering
  • Ensure integration between TM, BN4L, and external logistics systems.
  • Should be able to prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and support developments.
  • Execute SIT/UAT testing and support go-live activities. - Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and enhancements.
  • Perform knowledge transfer and documentation during project roll-off. Required Skills: - Strong experience in SAP TM - Hands-on experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
  • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
  • Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
  • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
  • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
