About The Role

REQUIREMENTS

  • Total Experience 9+ years  
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and technical architecture
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise application development
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and Dynamics 365 extensibility
  • Strong understanding of system integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, and Azure services
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, source control, ALM, and Dynamics 365/Power Platform deployment strategies
  • Strong understanding of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
  • Experience in data architecture, data migration, integration patterns, and Dataverse data modeling
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform security, governance, performance, and environment management
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, distributed, and global teams
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end technical design and solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality technical solutions
  • Define solution architecture, technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation blueprints
  • Lead and provide technical oversight across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Perform hands-on development and provide technical guidance on plugins, workflows, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and .NET components
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, development guidelines, and best practices
  • Architect and govern integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP systems, and third-party applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, and Azure services
  • Define data models, data migration strategies, integration patterns, and data governance approaches
  • Design and oversee Azure-based integration solutions using services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, enterprise architects, and delivery teams
  • Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, compliance, and maintainability
  • Manage solution lifecycle, source control, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps
  • Define and oversee Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment strategies, release management, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and define appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and maintain technical architecture and design documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams
  • Drive continuous improvement, optimization, reuse, and adoption of best practices across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
