About The Role

Hamilton by Gunnebo is looking for a General Laborer to work in our Welding department for 1st shift, the hours are 6:00am to 4:30pm.

What You Will Do

Complete final inspection on units,
Apply correct labels to packaged items.
Complete Boxing and banding activities.
Prepare form holders.
Participate in Lean activities
Other duties as assigned to ensure the department doesn't develop a bottle neck.
Perform work in a manner that complies with the company safety policies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-year experience in a manufacturing environment, with previous packaging experience to prepare product for shipping,
Mechanical experience or aptitude.
Experience with hand tools.
Understanding of Lean Concepts
Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
Self-motivated.
