Responsibilities
- Document Review: Review of production records and analytical results for raw materials and products against applicable internal requirements
- Quality Decisions: Release and blocking of raw materials and products in accordance with applicable internal specifications in coordination with the Quality Supervisor
- Deviation Management: Consideration of deviations and non-conforming products during shipment and batch release activities
- Audit Support: Support of internal and external audits, execution of batch traceability throughout the entire product lifecycle, and provision of required documentation
- Documentation: Use of the ERP system for transaction processing, product releases, and batch traceability
- Document Management: Use of the document management system (DMS) for the creation and management of work instructions, SOPs, and forms
- Archiving: Archiving of quality documents, records, and retain samples
- Change Management: Participation in the implementation of quality management changes and initiatives in accordance with applicable procedures, as well as active contribution of improvement ideas for the continuous optimization of processes
- Quality Metrics: Maintenance and monitoring of quality metrics (QRKs/KPIs), evaluation of results, and communication of deviations or OOS (Out-of-Specification) events
- Collaboration: Support of the Quality Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager, as well as participation in the onboarding and training of new employees within Quality Assurance
Qualifications
- Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training, preferably with a chemical, technical, or scientific background
- Experience: Initial experience in quality assurance or in a regulated environment, such as a laboratory setting
- Competencies: Strong quality awareness, structured and detail-oriented working style, and solid analytical skills
- Working Style: Ability to organize daily work independently while maintaining close coordination with relevant stakeholders and cross-functional interfaces
- Personal Attributes: Strong initiative, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently drive topics to successful completion, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and common Windows-based applications
- Languages: Fluent German skills and basic English skills, both written and spoken
