Position Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide therapy to adult individuals and couples.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions
• Complete documentation within 24 hours
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Participate in peer case consultations
• Maintain accurate and timely records

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
• Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW)
• Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy sessions
