About The Role
What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Leading frontline teams responsible for insurance verification, prior authorization, claims management, denial resolution, and reimbursement activities. They ensure operational performance, quality, compliance, and productivity standards are met while supporting timely revenue capture, improving customer experience, and driving efficient revenue cycle operations.
Qualifications
External
- 4-8 years of experience as supervisor/team lead managing an RCM account, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Willing to work on a hybrid set-up and US hours in BGC.
Internal
- Open to AHS OPRCM B4, P1 and up.
- Candidate must have POC experience.
What is expected of you and others at this level
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of revenue cycle team members and ensures operational goals are met.
- Monitors productivity, quality, service levels, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Provides coaching, performance feedback, and development support to team members.
- Resolves routine operational issues and escalates complex concerns as appropriate.
- Collaborates with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to improve processes and customer outcomes.
- Uses reporting and data analysis to identify trends, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of insurance verification, prior authorization, claims, denial management, and other revenue cycle activities.
- Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to support operational success.
- Implements and reinforces process changes, best practices, and quality standards.
- Decisions primarily impact team performance, customer experience, and operational results.
