Manage and coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent employee experience, effective HR operations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

🚀 What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement, climate, culture and offboarding.
• Coordinate HR administration, including Occupational Health & Safety, contracts, agreements, employee benefits and wellbeing.
• Manage monthly employee updates and coordinate payroll-related information.
• Partner with leaders and employees, providing timely HR support and guidance.
• Monitor HR processes, KPIs and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

🌟 You’re a match

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator, with broad experience across HR functions.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement, climate, culture and HR administration, including Occupational Health & Safety, contracts, agreements, employee benefits, wellbeing, and monthly employee updates for payroll.
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable.
• Experience with Workday and/or Buk is desirable.
• Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables and reporting.
• Advanced or Upper-Intermediate English, with the ability to hold a professional conversation in English.
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with full-time onsite work in San Borja during the first three months.
