About The Role

As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, offering a warm and professional welcome to customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will be an integral part of our branch team, ensuring a seamless and positive banking experience for our clients.

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized financial advice.
Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Collaborate with other branch teams to deliver an integrated banking experience.
Stay updated on banking products and services to provide accurate information.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Participate in branch initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
