About The Role
Te kōwhiringa | The opportunity
As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll support our Telecommunications operations by ensuring equipment, materials and consumables are available when and where they’re needed.
Working within a small Wellington-based team, you’ll coordinate stock movements, warehouse activities and logistics administration. You’ll work closely with field teams, technicians, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll enjoy
- Managing inbound and outbound stock, including receipting, picking, packing and dispatch
- Processing purchase orders and inventory requests accurately and on time
- Maintaining inventory records and supporting stocktakes and audits
- Coordinating equipment, material and consigned stock movements and returns
- Building strong relationships with field teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Improving logistics processes while maintaining a safe, organised warehouse

- We’re looking for a practical and systems-focused logistics professional who enjoys delivering reliable service and keeping operations organised.
Ideally you’ll have
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management or stock control
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Strong planning, communication and attention to detail
- A current full New Zealand driver licence
- A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
