About The Role

Te kōwhiringa | The opportunity

As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll support our Telecommunications operations by ensuring equipment, materials and consumables are available when and where they’re needed.

Working within a small Wellington-based team, you’ll coordinate stock movements, warehouse activities and logistics administration. You’ll work closely with field teams, technicians, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll enjoy

Managing inbound and outbound stock, including receipting, picking, packing and dispatch
Processing purchase orders and inventory requests accurately and on time
Maintaining inventory records and supporting stocktakes and audits
Coordinating equipment, material and consigned stock movements and returns
Building strong relationships with field teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Improving logistics processes while maintaining a safe, organised warehouse

We’re looking for a practical and systems-focused logistics professional who enjoys delivering reliable service and keeping operations organised.

Ideally you’ll have

Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management or stock control
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Confidence using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Strong planning, communication and attention to detail
A current full New Zealand driver licence
A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
