About The Role

Assist in daily departmental tasks and provide support across functions as needed to ensure smooth workflow and adaptability to changing priorities.
Observe and promptly report operational, procedural, or quality-related issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Follow all SOPs, safety, hygiene, quality standards (ISO 9001:2008), and company policies, including uniform, hygiene, and professional behaviour.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and in accordance with departmental requirements.
Maintain and update records, trackers, or logs as directed to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
Share relevant information between team members, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Safely operate basic tools, machinery, or systems as instructed, adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
Complete tasks within expected timelines and contribute to departmental efficiency.
Work collaboratively with team members, assisting them when required and demonstrate a cooperative attitude to achieve departmental goals.
