About The Role
BT is the wealth management arm of Westpac Group, helping Australians protect, manage and grow their wealth. As a Client Account Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by accurately processing customer requests, supporting advisers and clients, resolving complex enquiries, and ensuring positive outcomes across a range of superannuation and investment products. You will contribute to a seamless customer experience while maintaining compliance, identifying process improvements, and supporting BT's commitment to helping customers achieve their financial goals.
What's the role?
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract , based in Festival Tower, Adelaide SA . In this rewarding role, you will support customers with care and empathy, helping them navigate important life moments while delivering exceptional service and positive outcomes.
As a Case Manager, Estate & Claims Management , you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex estate and claims cases, including Death Benefits, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Permanent Incapacity and Terminal Illness claims. As the primary point of contact, you'll provide exceptional support and guidance to customers, beneficiaries, executors, advisers, solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the claims journey.
Working within BT's Estate & Claims Management team, you'll play a critical role in delivering positive customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to build your profile across BT and Westpac Group while developing specialist knowledge in wealth, superannuation, estates and claims management.
