About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Partner Management Support Officer in Perth. Join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management, Housing team and play a key role in supporting Service Delivery Partner onboarding, communications, performance reviews and network management. Reporting to the SDP Performance Manager , you'll help strengthen contractor administration, stakeholder engagement and service delivery outcomes.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including
- Coordinate SDP onboarding, inductions, system access, mobilisation and offboarding activities.
- Support SDP communications, forums, workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Schedule performance reviews, distribute supporting information and maintain action registers.
- Monitor licences , insurance, accreditations, certifications and other compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, correspondence and documentation for customer and governance reviews.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in administration, coordination, contract support or business support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, registers, compliance documentation and business systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence building stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
