Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Product Developer to join our team!
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support the Product Development team in all aspects of design, sampling & production processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a part of the Product Development team to ensure the business is keeping ahead of trends and staying relevant
Assist the team with measurement specs & tech packs for production
Ensure garment tech standards are maintained and a high degree of attention to detail
Maintaining the sample racks in a clean, organised & professional manner
Manage samples on a daily basis and ensure all comments and supplier relationships are handled professionally and efficiently
Random quality control checks of bulk orders delivered to the warehouse
Improve the products being developed by conducting market research & trend forecasting
A passion for design & style
Basic understanding of garment development
Exceptional organisational skills
General skills in Google Sheets/Excel
High level of accuracy & attention to detail
Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
Regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities; uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job through their application
Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business
