About The Role
Analyzes routine quality evaluation and control systems/protocols to identify areas for improvement and optimization, contributing to the enhancement of product quality and reliability. Designs basic inspection and testing processes, ensuring the application of rigorous methods and procedures to assess and manage product quality risks effectively. Under general supervision, implements methods and procedures to facilitate the inspection, testing, and evaluation of products, ultimately enhancing overall quality standards within the technology domain. Conducts routine quality assurance tests and performs statistical analysis, contributing to the ongoing assessment of control levels and the proactive management of potential quality issues. Installs and executes technical initiatives to debug and effectively resolve complex and difficult quality-related problems, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality evaluation and control systems. Acts as a specialist analyzing core quality engineering anomalies, subsequently providing initial interpretations and recommendations to management for review. Contributes to large or complex root cause analysis efforts for incidents requiring corrective action, ensuring that corrective measures align with acceptable reliability standards. Administers the documentation process, editing and emitting accurate and compliant documentation that reflects the quality evaluation and control systems' requirements. Provides guidance and assistance to entry-level technical professionals, sharing in-depth knowledge and expertise to support their development within the quality engineering domain.

A university degree or equivalent experience is required.

The pay range for this full-time position is $72,030.00 - $122,450.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
