Who You Are
Nutrabolt's Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization. This role combines recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, and hands-on recruiting responsibilities to help hire top talent.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage interview logistics while independently sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for designated roles. This role serves as a key partner to hiring managers and contributes to building a world-class talent acquisition function.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration through December 2026.
What You're Good At
Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, professional, and high-volume positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate phone screens.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend talent for hiring manager consideration.
- Facilitate candidate feedback discussions and interview debriefs.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
- Participate in internship and early career recruiting programs as needed.
What You Contribute
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, recruiting, or HR.
- Experience managing recruiting processes and candidate communications.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and recruiting tools.
