About The Role

This position will be responsible for assisting with the candidate experience from interview to offer and through the first 90 days with the organization.

  1. Executes candidate experience programs including job fairs, community networks and presentations at local schools and colleges, application process, including creation of an environment that is welcoming and exciting.
  2. Responsible for coordinating the Culture Auditions for front of house/ guest facing roles. This will include scheduling the auditions, selection and training of leadership team to participate in the auditions and follow up with candidate based on outcome of the auditions
  3. Partner with hiring managers to determine final decisions on department interviews for selection.
  4. Helps to facilitate the on-boarding process, including new hire paperwork, pre-employment testing and any necessary licensing requirements.
  5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the New Hire Orientation calendar including the participant list and payroll input for New Hire Orientation.
  6. Facilitate New Hire Orientation and facilitate “train the trainer” for New Hire Orientation for effective delivery of weekly on-boarding of newly hired team members.
  7. Assists with the management of the first 90 days of the new hire experience by partnering with department managers to ensure effective onboarding through scheduled and documented check backs with team members.
  8. Coordinate and facilitate team member recognition programs and team member events.
  9. Communicates with all levels of management to ensure adequate staffing levels are met.
  10. Coordinate the job posting process with centralized recruiting function.
  11. Travels to recruiting destinations, conducting interviews and extending offers to hire targeted number of qualified candidates.
  12. Interprets Federal and State Employment Laws (EEOC) and company policies to ensure consistent application and staff compliance.
  13. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other employment laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  14. Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 1+ years in a service-oriented environment is required, ideally in a heavily regulated environment.
  • Ability to work well with direction from other sources.
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Commitment to quality customer service and ability to exemplify the culture and values of Caesars Entertainment.
  • Possesses the ability to adapt and to solve problems proactively and creatively
  • Strong writing and verbal communications skills required, must be fluent in English.
  • Effective organizational, collaborative and partnering skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • High energy, motivated, creative
  • Knowledge of all State and Federal employment laws including but not limited to EEOC laws and ADA
  • Strong knowledge in all recruiting components.
