HR Business Partner - 3 Month Contract

We are open to this being a Full-time or Part-time role, during this 3-Month Contract.

Purpose of Role: Reporting to the Global HRBP Finance, this role provides operational HR partnership support across a global Finance functional portfolio, helping leaders and managers apply people processes, policy and good practice consistently.

The role works closely with leaders, managers, local HR teams, HR Centers of Excellence and WBS HR to provide pragmatic guidance on employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, data integrity, and people matters.

The role enables effective, timely and risk-aware HR execution across multiple countries, ensuring actions are well coordinated, decisions are appropriately informed, and stakeholders receive clear, practical advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational HR advice and practical guidance to managers and employees across a global Finance portfolio. ​
  • Working closely with HR Shared Services, guide and support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, role changes, transfers, exits and absence management, ensuring a consistent and well-managed employee experience.
  • Advise on routine and moderately complex people matters, using judgement to resolve issues where appropriate and escalating specialist or higher-risk matters when needed.
  • Support the effective delivery of core HR processes, including performance, compensation, talent review activity, engagement follow-up and employee data changes.
  • Partner with local HR, HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to coordinate actions, clarify ownership and support consistent operational HR delivery.
  • Use HR data, reports and trackers to monitor activity, identify follow-up actions and support accurate, timely decision-making.
  • Prepare clear updates, briefing notes, action logs and communications that help managers, employees and HR stakeholders understand progress, decisions and next steps.
  • Apply HR policies, procedures and local requirements consistently, recognising where specialist input or additional assurance is required.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications

  • HR qualification or equivalent experience in an HR advisory, HR generalist or operational HR partner role.
  • Experience advising and supporting managers and employees across a Global or Multi-country portfolio.
  • Good working knowledge of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle, performance, compensation, employee relations, data management and HR operations.
  • Comfortable using HR systems, reports and trackers, such as Workday or ServiceNow. ​

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 Annual Equivalent
