About The Role

We are currently looking for a Labeler to join our team at our facility in Milton, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying product labels and shipping markings to finished goods based on manufacturing order specifications. The Labeler plays a critical role in ensuring product accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time shipment of customer orders.

Schedule

  • Sunday: 6 PM - 4:30 AM
  • Monday - Wednesday: 5 PM - 3:30 AM
  • Occasional overtime on Fridays as business needs change

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret manufacturing orders (MOs) to determine product identification, label requirements, batch quantities, and required hazard or UN markings.
  • Retrieve products, labels, boxes, and related materials needed to fulfill manufacturing orders.
  • Operate labeling equipment and accurately apply labels to products according to order specifications.
  • Package, box, wrap, and prepare completed products for shipment to the warehouse.
  • Complete manufacturing order documentation and update order status as work is completed.
  • Receive new manufacturing orders and assignments throughout the shift while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to accurately interpret manufacturing orders and work instructions.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50–55 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing products and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • The expected compensation range for this position is $21.00 CAD annually.
