We are currently looking for an English Speaking Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist (UK & Ireland) to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
We are looking for a highly autonomous, solution-oriented, and process-driven professional to join our UK Customer Service team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly juggling multiple tasks—from active phone calls to SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) data management—while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures and team KPIs. Following a 1-month training period, you must be fully prepared to work independently, exercise strong common sense, collaborate effectively within the team, and drive resolution for our key external and internal stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities:
- Customer Interface & Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key UK customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive communication, promptly informing customers of any order delays due to supply, production, or logistics issues.
- Build strong customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their business, organization, and key contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and commitments are delivered on time.
- End-to-End Order Processing & Quality Control
- Manage the complete order process from inquiry through delivery.
- Process and verify customer orders, including complex and specialized requests, ensuring accuracy across systems.
- Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Monitor open orders daily to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Process Compliance, Guidelines & KPI Tracking
- Follow established procedures and quality standards, including QS 9000, ISO, and related guidelines.
- Support team KPI achievement, including order accuracy, response times, and OTIF performance.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in line with company policies.
- Collect and analyze information to support effective root-cause investigations and resolution.
- Master Data Maintenance & Financial Support
- Maintain Customer Master Data in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Process updates related to customer, material, and pricing data.
- Support cash collection and credit hold processes.
- Assist in resolving credit issues, including invoice adjustments, debit/credit notes, and related documentation.
- Sales Support, Forecast Tracking & Operations
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and investigate key variances with customers.
- Support Sales with account reporting, analysis, and volume tracking.
- Provide operational backup for Junior and Senior CSRs as needed.
- Key requirements:
- Fluent in English is mandatory. A second language would be advantageous.
- SAP experience and Salesforce experience is a must-have.
- Advanced level of Excel: Pivot Tables, V Look Ups, etc
- Background in planning or logistics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
