JOB TITLE

WyoOne ID Office, Office Assistant

JOB PURPOSE

  • This position will help cover the WyoOne ID office during business hours along with other part time and full time staff. The
  • office is open, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (or 7:30am-4:30pm during summer).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine ID card eligibility for students, faculty/staff, spouse/dependents and other UW affiliated personnel.
  • Create IDs and passport photos. - Enter data into office-specific software.
  • Troubleshoot issues with ID cards.
  • Use cash register/credit card machine.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals who come through our office.
  • Assist with general office duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting customers, record keeping, and organizing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Customer service or data entry

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: some college
  • Excellent customer service skills - in person and on the phone.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with and/or ability to quickly learn office procedures and new computer software/hardware.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook in particular).
  • Ability to keep confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

WORK LOCATION

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level. ITC Room 167, 1710 E. Sorority Row.
