Role and Responsibilities

Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
Performs set up of processing equipment.
Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Qualification

High Diploma Graduation
At least 5 years experiences in optic or electronic company
Understand manufacturing process especially on die bond machine, auto alignment machine or 3D soldering machine, wire bond, lid seal, Tester, Burn in
Understand system and concept
Understand yield monitoring, yield improvement and kaizen concept
Understand on problem solving with engineering sense
