Customer Service Officer (Emiratisation)

We are seeking customer-focused and motivated UAE Nationals to join our Retail Banking team as Customer Service Officers. What You Will Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their banking requirements and resolving queries efficiently.
• Process branch service requests accurately while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
• Support branch operations through the effective handling of customer requests, service transactions, and operational activities.
• Promote and support customer adoption of RAKBANK's digital banking channels and self-service solutions.
• Manage branch deliverables including cards, cheque books, statements, certificates, letters, and other customer documentation.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service, branch operations, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
