Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Apps applications.
Support Power Apps administration, including user access management, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
Collaborate with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.
Support data collection, analysis, and visualization through Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools.
Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality management systems and business processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Provide first-level support for Power Platform users and resolve system-related issues.
