About The Role

Support Benefits Manager with

  • Managing the benefits renewal cycle across our European Bank* aligned with the Global Benefits Strategy, ensuring all benefits are renewed timely and in-line with legislation
  • Maintain knowledge of local best practice in the design and delivery of benefits and manage external benchmarking for the region.
  • Provision of accurate insurance renewal data as required by brokers
  • Day-to-day management of benefits arrangements including acting as the point of escalation for complex benefits and pension queries
  • Ensure that relevant internal policies are reviewed regularly and are up-to-date and comply with legislation changes ensuring that current policy gaps are filled
  • Assist in managing the Polish Social Fund; the annual budget in line with legislation, reviewing income groups and the annual income declaration process
  • Implement and coordinate benefits changes with Payroll and managing and resolving benefits related payroll queries
  • Adhere to internal Third-Party Governance requirements and working with vendors as required
  • Managing relationships with benefits vendors and third-party suppliers, holding regular meetings to review action logs, monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, and to ensure compliance with vendor assessments
  • Design, review and maintain Benefits and Wellbeing communication materials as required across various internal channels
  • Ensure Benefits processes are fully documented to adhere to internal compliance requirements
  • Day-to-day management of People Solutions Team queries portal ensuring all benefits queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and within the required SLAs
  • Support Wellbeing Team as required including support with onsite wellbeing events and in-house services

Key Skills

  • Ideally fluent in Polish, English, Dutch, French, German
  • Financial Services experience an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans
  • Experience of managing and building effective working relationships with third party outsourced service providers/vendors
  • Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision
