About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, fulltime HR Manager to be the go-to person for HR at Zero Friction, from A to Z. With a team of 25, you'll own the full employee journey end-to-end: from recruitment, onboarding, payroll, contracts, compliance, performance and engagement. This is a broad, hands-on role with a strong administrative and process backbone: you'll make sure the "hard" side of HR runs like clockwork, while also helping our people and culture keep thriving as we grow.
