Position Summary
The L&D Program Operations Consultant manages the day-to-day coordination and delivery of enterprise learning and talent development programs. The role ensures cohorts, events, communications, schedules, and learning materials are organized and delivered accurately and executed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for cohort-based, virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs.
- Manage participant rosters, registrations, calendars, invitations, attendance, completions and related program activity.
- Coordinate participant, manager, facilitator, and vendor communications.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, pre-work, assessments, and follow-up resources.
- Schedule sessions, facilitators, meeting spaces, technology, and other delivery requirements.
- Provide day-of program support and resolve routine participant or facilitator issues.
- Maintain accurate program files, checklists, templates, and delivery records.
- Monitor timelines and escalate scheduling conflicts, delivery risks, and participant concerns.
- Partner with the Learning Operations and Insights Consultant to maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and completion data.
- Recommend improvements to program workflows, communications, and participant experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 plus year(s) of work-related experience OR
- HS/GED and 5 plus years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- A relevant master’s degree can be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or employee-facing initiatives.
- Experience supporting learning and development, talent management, human resources, or enterprise-wide programs is preferred.
- Experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or employee-facing initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-through skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR is preferred.
