About The Role

As an Event Specialist, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for our localized campaigns and promotional events. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for setting up event spaces, engaging directly with guests, presenting key brand messaging, and ensuring seamless event operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily event setups, display arrangements, and breakdown protocols accurately and efficiently.
Engage actively with event attendees, delivering articulate, persuasive, and professional brand presentations.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to answer audience inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to track event metrics, candidate feedback, and overall engagement success.
Uphold professional standards and brand guidelines across all public-facing interactions.

Position Details & Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site | Baton Rouge, LA
Compensation: $40,000 – $47,000 annually
