熟悉制造工厂的流程：销售订单、BOM、工单、工序、报工、质量、物料、等概念，并匹配到SAP的各个模块，给予使用部门培训对应模块，特别是MM和PP模块的使用和优化；
负责工厂数字化项目的优化改善。熟练使用MES/WMS/EDI。在现有MES，WMS，EDI平台的基础上，收集用户部门痛点反馈，优化改善配置建议，对接开发团队完成优化改善，提升工作效率。
负责自动化立体仓库项目落地，AGV/AGM的路径规划和优化。自动化仓库匹配WMS，点位调试，联调测试，优化出入库流程，提升整体运作效率；
良好的跨部门及与国外支持团队的沟通能力；
Familiar with manufacturing plant processes—including concepts such as sales orders, BOM, work orders, routing/operations, production confirmation/reporting, quality management, and material management—and map them to various SAP modules. Provide departments training on the corresponding modules, with a particular focus on the usage and optimization of the MM and PP modules.
Responsible for the optimization and improvement of factory digitization projects. Proficient in using MES, WMS, and EDI systems. Based on existing MES, WMS, and EDI platforms, collect user department pain points and feedback, optimize and improve configuration proposals, coordinate with the development team to implement improvements, and enhance overall work efficiency.
Responsible for the implementation of the Automated Storage warehouse project, as well as the path planning and optimization of AGV / AGM. Integrate the automated warehouse with the WMS, conduct debugging and integration testing, optimize inbound and outbound processes, and boost overall operational efficiency.

基本资格

该岗位要求在生产制造领域具有5年及以上相关工作经验；
学力水平高等院校取得学士学位；
英语4级或6级，具备流畅的英语沟通和书写能力；
This position requires 5 or more years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing sector.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from a college or university.
CET-4 or CET-6 is required, along with fluent English communication and writing skills.
