- Support the migration and maintenance of historical event data and coordinate post-event reporting in Monday.com during the transition to Cvent.
- Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, user guides, and internal resource pages, while identifying opportunities to improve functionality, adoption, reporting, and efficiency.
- Ability to build websites, registration pages and support the creation, scheduling, and distribution of event communications through Cvent
Event Reporting, Analytics & Data Governance
- Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce dashboards for hosted, sponsored, and flagship events, building on existing frameworks and incorporating Cvent-driven improvements where appropriate.
- Partner with the Salesforce team to improve dashboard functionality, reporting capabilities, and data visualization to support business decision-making.
- Ensure ongoing alignment and data integrity across Cvent, Salesforce campaign records, event reporting, and key event performance metrics.
- Produce, analyze, and distribute event reports and performance insights, monitor reporting accuracy, and maintain high standards of data quality across relevant platforms.
- Conduct regular reviews of reporting processes, dashboard performance, and data governance practices, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and actionable insights.

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Kroll's event resources, including templates, standard operating procedures, planning tools, checklists, governance standards, and best practice resources.
- Drive the implementation, creation, and management of self-service and "Event-in-a-Box" resources that enable teams to deliver events independently while maintaining brand, operational, and data quality standards.
- Manage event-related materials, merchandise inventory, and branded assets.
- Assist with post-event reporting, reconciliation, documentation, and follow-up activities, providing flexible support during peak event periods
